How is the price calculated?
Pricing depends on the storage duration and the detailing services bundled in. Call us for a quote tailored to your booking — there's no fixed list because every booking is different.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Storage is offered to a limited number of cars at a time, with strong demand around holiday periods. We recommend booking at least a few days ahead.
Is storage available without detailing?
Storage is bundled with one of our detailing services. The pairing is what makes the package worthwhile for the customer and for us.
Can I cancel for free if my flight changes?
Yes — free cancellation up to one hour before storage begins. Travel changes happen, and we'd rather keep you flexible than penalise the unexpected.
Is the car insured while you have it?
Your own insurance remains primary; we maintain commercial cover for the keepsake while the car is in our possession. We document the condition at drop-off and at collection.
What about luggage in the car?
We don't recommend leaving valuables; standard household items in the boot are fine. Our team won't access the cabin or boot beyond what the booked services require.
Can I drop off outside opening hours?
By prior arrangement, yes. Call us with the flight time and we'll work it out — many of our travelling customers fly early or land late.
