Booking takes 2–3 minutes. A step-by-step walkthrough of our reservation system — from picking the service to receiving confirmation.

Why book online?

Most of our customers book by phone. That works — and we like talking to people. But online booking solves two specific problems: you can do it at 11 pm when you remember you need to book, and you can see the actual availability in real time. No back-and-forth, no "we'll get back to you."

The system takes 2–3 minutes from start to finish.

Step 1: Choose a service

Open the reservation page. You'll see every active service — 27 of them at the moment — with a search bar at the top and category filter chips below it. The filters are the fast way to narrow down: "Bodywork & Paint", "Interior", "Glass · Lights · Wheels", or "Specialist". Tap one and only matching services show.

Each service card shows the name, a short description, the duration, the number of concurrent slots, and the price (or "On request" for negotiated pricing). Tap any card to select it — you'll automatically move to step 2.

Step 2: Pick a date

The calendar shows the next 15 days. Each date has a small colour indicator:

  • Green — plenty of slots available
  • Orange — limited slots; book soon
  • Red — fully booked or closed (Sundays show as closed)

Tap any open date to continue.

Step 3: Pick a time

Only times that fit your service's duration appear — so you won't accidentally pick a slot that overlaps with the end of our day. When you select a time, the page shows a checkmark and an outline; other times that would conflict become greyed out.

Take a moment to confirm the time works for you, then proceed to contact details.

Step 4: Your details

Two fields are required: your name and your phone number. Three are optional but recommended:

  • Email — we send you a confirmation email and any updates to your booking.
  • Number plate — useful for services like ceramic coating or PPF where we want to look up your car's paint code.
  • Notes — anything you'd like us to know in advance.

Tick the privacy consent box and hit Confirm.

What happens after you confirm

You see a confirmation screen with your booking reference, and (if you provided an email) you receive a confirmation message within seconds. Inside 1–2 business hours, one of our team will call or email to confirm the booking, answer any questions, and brief you on what to expect.

If anything in your plan changes, just call us — we'll adjust the booking in a minute.

Tips for the best result

  • Book 2–3 days ahead when possible — best choice of times.
  • Choose morning slots for major services like full PPF builds — these can run a full day or two.
