Most scratches that look terrible are actually shallow — confined to the clearcoat, removable with the right machine polishing. We assess each scratch under light: if your fingernail doesn't catch on it, we can usually polish it out completely. Deeper scratches that penetrate into the basecoat are minimised through careful colour-matched fill and refinement. Either way, the alternative — repainting a panel — is far more expensive and risks colour mismatch with the rest of the car.
