Tyres lose their black depth as they age and as the rubber is attacked by UV and ozone. We clean the sidewall thoroughly with a tyre-specific cleaner, let it dry, then apply a tyre dressing in two thin coats. Done well, the result is a satin black (not greasy or sling-prone) that lasts weeks rather than days, and the dressing slows oxidation of the rubber itself. Quick to add to any service.
