Terms of Service
General terms governing services provided by MB "Premium Auto Spa" to clients in the Republic of Lithuania.
1. General provisions
Service provider: MB "Premium Auto Spa", company code 307137200, registered at Rodūnios kl. 5, 02188 Vilnius.
These terms govern the provision of car care services between MB "Premium Auto Spa" and the client.
By booking a service, the client accepts these terms and agrees to be bound by them.
2. Services we provide
Car washing
- • Hand exterior wash
- • Interior cleaning and disinfection
- • Vacuum cleaning
Detailing
- • Paint polishing and correction
- • Ceramic coatings
- • Paint protection film (PPF)
Interior care
- • Leather treatment
- • Fabric and carpet cleaning
- • Odour removal
Specialist services
- • Paintless dent repair (PDR)
- • Headlight restoration
- • Window tinting
3. Booking and cancellation
Booking
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person at our location.
- A booking is confirmed once we contact you to verify the details.
- We may decline a booking if the requested slot is unavailable.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
- For appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, a 30% fee may apply.
- No-shows may be charged 50% of the service price.
4. Pricing and payment
Service prices are listed on our website. All prices include VAT.
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.
Payment is due immediately after the service is completed unless agreed otherwise in writing.
For long-term bookings (e.g. PPF, ceramic coating) we may request a deposit.
5. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the vehicle and its condition.
- Inform us of any known defects, ongoing issues, or sensitivities.
- Remove personal belongings before the appointment.
- Arrive on time and collect the vehicle at the agreed time.
- Settle payment after the service is completed.
6. Quality guarantee
We provide our services with workshop-grade care and use only professional-grade products.
If you're not satisfied with the result, contact us within 7 days. We'll inspect the work and, where appropriate, redo the service at no extra cost.
Specific guarantees apply to certain services (e.g. ceramic coating, PPF) and will be agreed in writing before work begins.
7. Liability
We carry insurance for damage caused directly by our negligence during the service.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, valuables left in the vehicle, or for the consequences of inaccurate information provided by the client.
Our maximum liability per service is limited to the value of the service itself.
8. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if not resolved, by the competent court of Vilnius.
